The party takes place on the hilly islands of Husøya and Sanna. The stages are surrounded by sparkling ocean and diving sea eagles. It is organized by Træna, one of the smallest municipalities in Norway. All 500 citizens participate in the organization of the event, which has a programme of experimental Norwegian music, from Emilie Nicolas melodic electro-pop to Kuuk heavy beats and raging show. The festival may literally be a bit too “high” for most UK festival goers, but it’s a fantastic cultural experience in a wild atmosphere and the perfect excuse to explore one of Europe’s most dramatic and natural environments.
